This post is an absolute joy for all tech startups that wish to become part of the VentureConnect community and for me personally. I have been a HUGE fan of Leweb for some time now — close to five years — and I also had the pleasure of being part of the Seesmic and LeWeb family for two years.

If you’re thinking of going to a tech, online, business, startup, investor’s event, then LeWeb sums up all of the above and so much more. There is a startup challenge that supports European entrepreneurs to hit two markets with one stone: Europe and United States. The wonderful line of speakers is out of this world, with business gurus such as Eric Schmidt, San Parker, Phil Libin or Jack Dorsey. And this is just the beginning!

LeWeb is an experience igniter, leaving a global footprint for all attending participants — I sincerely believe that there is hardly any nation left that has not set foot in LesDocks, Paris for LeWeb. Over 2.500 people visit LeWeb each year, for a three days’ festival of business, entrepreneurship, inspiration, motivation and global insights. Moreover, with a history of over 6 years and with a new conference organised now in London (next session on 5 & 6 June 2013), LeWeb is an experience one should not miss! 

Therefore, we are extremely happy to announce that the best pitching startup from this edition of VentureConnect (27th November) will have the pleasure of visiting LeWeb Paris 2012 on 4,5 and 6th December! VentureConnect has become a powerful platform of support, mentoring and business insights for the entrepreneurial community and this is why:

Pre event:

- two days training and mentoring on public speaking, soft skills, presentation delivery, pitching structure with MTW (public speaking) and Dragos Roua (pitching structure).
- counselling on the presentation and networking vibes at the event

Event: 

- Investment opportunities. So far, VentureConnect facilitated two venture investments in two Romanian companies: TJobs.ro and Bittnet Systems;
- Business mentoring, feedback, media boost, five-star networking;
- LeWeb pass for the best pitching project at this edition of VentureConnect; 
- Tech goodies and a wonderful marketing surprise (which we will unveil during the event).

Post event: 

- Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up
- Business and legal assistance and anything else in between.
